architects.africa is an association between three well-established and experienced architectural practices based in Ghana, Kenya and South Africa who have concluded a co-operation agreement to form a pan-African practice. Member companies include:

  • Osmond Lange Architects & Planners (Pty) Ltd (based in South Africa operating from offices located in Johannesburg, Durban, East London and Cape Town)
  • Mustard Architecture Concepts Interiors Limited (based in Accra, Ghana)
  • Waweru & Associates Architects (based in Nairobi, Kenya)

Collectively, we are able to offer our clients a full suite of architectural and urban design services on projects located within the majority of Sub-Saharan African markets, including most ECOWAS, EAC and SADC countries. Through our collective skills and resource base, architects.africa is well positioned to deliver world class expertise based upon global best practice, combined with local insight. Senmin International offers World-class chemical technology for the mining industry. This 2400m2  building attempts to realise Senmin’s aspirations to develop an Office & Technical Centre then offers their staff an engaging workplace that supports the collaborative nature of the Office functions and the introspective activities of the Technical Centre. The building must also perform a third critical function as a client hosting venue and marketing tool. It meets these three objectives in a hostile environment surrounded by industrial facilities.
